- Legislative Activity — Bills sponsored, questions raised, committee participation
- Attendance — Presence in parliamentary sessions and committee meetings
- Citizen Ratings — Public approval collected through HamroNeta polls
- Expert Ratings — Assessments from verified policy analysts and subject-matter experts

- Government Gazette (Nepal Rajpatra) — Official record of enacted laws, appointments, and policy decisions
- Parliament Records — Hansard transcripts, attendance logs, committee minutes from the Federal Parliament
- HamroNeta Tracker Data — Our own promise tracking, legislative activity monitoring, and citizen engagement metrics
- Citizen Polls — Public opinion data collected through structured polls on HamroNeta
Scoring Rubric / स्कोरिङ रुब्रिक

| F | 0 – 29 | Failing |
Frequency / आवृत्ति
Scorecards are published quarterly (every 3 months). Each assessment covers the preceding quarter's parliamentary sessions, legislative outputs, and public engagement data. Historical scorecards remain available for trend comparison.
Transparency / पारदर्शिता
All underlying data is publicly available. Our methodology is fully open — anyone can review the criteria, weighting, and raw data that feeds into each scorecard. We believe accountability requires transparency at every level, including our own processes.
