रेवतीरमण शर्मा घिमिरे नेकपा (एमाले) का एक बौद्धिक र स्थापित नेता हुनुहुन्छ। उहाँको जन्म वि.सं. २०१४ सालमा दाङ जिल्लाको लमही–६, खैरी देउखुरीमा भएको हो। उहाँले राजनीतिसँगै आफ्नो शिक्षालाई पनि विशेष महत्व दिनुभयो र २०३९ सालमा अर्थशास्त्र विषयमा स्नातकोत्तर (MA) तहको अध्ययन पूरा गर्नुभयो। अर्थशास्त्रको यो उच्च शिक्षाले उहाँलाई पार्टीभित्र आर्थिक योजना र विकाससम्बन्धी मुद्दाहरूमा एक विज्ञका रूपमा स्थापित गरेको छ।
