सल्यान जिल्लाको कुमाख गाउँपालिका-५ बाल्लेमा वि.सं. २०३५ माघ २८ गते जन्मनुभएका रमेश कुमार मल्ला एक अनुभवी राजनीतिज्ञ हुनुहुन्छ। तिलु मल्ल र विमीकुमारी मल्लका सुपुत्र मल्लाले स्नातकोत्तर तहसम्मको शिक्षा हासिल गर्नुभएको छ। हाल उहाँ कुमाख-५ सल्यानकै स्थायी बासिन्दा हुनुहुन्छ र उहाँको परिवारमा श्रीमती, एक छोरा र एक छोरी हुनुहुन्छ। उहाँको जन्म र प्रारम्भिक जीवन पहाडी जिल्ला सल्यानमा बितेको थियो, जहाँबाट उहाँले आफ्नो राजनीतिक चेतनाको विकास गर्नुभयो।
