महेन्द्र कुमार रोय (नेपाली: महेन्द्रकुमार रोय) एक नेपाली राजनीतिज्ञ हुन्। उहाँ नेपाली कांग्रेसको वर्तमान निर्वाचित केन्द्रीय कार्यसमिति सदस्य हुनुहुन्छ। नेपाली कांग्रेसको तर्फबाट सन् १९९९ को निर्वाचनमा उनी प्रतिनिधि सभामा निर्वाचित भएका थिए। महेन्द्रकुमार राई नेपाली कांग्रेसका केन्द्रीय सदस्य हुन् । उनी २०४३ सालमा नेपाली कांग्रेसका महोत्तरी जिल्ला उपाध्यक्ष थिए । रायले २०४३ सालदेखि तीन कार्यकाल महोत्तरी जिल्लाको जिल्ला अध्यक्षको जिम्मेवारी सम्हालेका थिए । उनले २०५६ सालमा उद्योग, वाणिज्य तथा आपूर्ति तथा सहकारी मन्त्रीको जिम्मेवारी सम्हालेका थिए ।
